Our company can be traced all the way back to 1890, when Karen Volf started a small family business baking soon-to-be renowned butter cookies.
Nowadays, after several mergers, spin-offs and new partners, the bakery has grown into one of the largest cookie companies in the world – covering 2 major brands and a wide range of classic brands and private labels, exported to more than 120 countries worldwide. The only thing that hasn’t changed is our great authentic taste. 

The butter cookie is almost an institution on Danish coffee and tea tables, and DCI brings this classic Danish specialty to the world –packed in beautifully decorated tins.
